Go Red for Women is looking for its 2025 Class of Survivors. These heart disease and stroke survivors share their stories to empower women about their No. 1 health threat: cardiovascular disease. The application period is June 3 to 21, 2024.

Since 2004, the American Heart Association’s signature women's initiative, Go Red for Women, has addressed the awareness and clinical care gaps of women’s greatest health threat, cardiovascular disease (CVD). We are prepared to meet the evolving needs of women now, and at every age, every stage and every season of their lives as their trusted, relevant source for credible, equitable health solutions.

Army veteran and mom, Mary Wiley got a second chance — at life and a new career after her life was saved by CPR. Teaching others CPR helped Mary heal, and she encourages everyone to learn this lifesaving skill, so they are ready to save a life.
