This simple application adds basic information to photos. Double-clicking the downloaded file launches the Photo Dater application itself, not an installer. You can annotate one file, entire folders, or selected multiple files, adding the file's date or your own customizable one. The option to specify your own date lets you stamp multiple files with any short text; the program doesn't enforce a date style. You can pick the color, font, and size of the stamp text. The program offers the choice of putting the stamp in the top left, top right, bottom left, or bottom right, or at the XY coordinates you choose. Though you don't get a preview of the stamped file, the program saves the stamped file as filename-dated without changing the original. Anyone who needs to batch-stamp images could find Photo Dater useful.
