• Guard your e-mail address. Set up one account for newsletter, online shopping, etc. and another personal account.
• Turn off e-mail graphics.
• Don't try to unsubscribe to junk e-mail.
• Use spam-blocking programs available on your e-mail server.
• Never buy anything from spammers.
