Sky440 Products Division to Acquire Cal-Nev Safety Systems

Sky440, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SKYF) (�Sky440�) announced today that its Sky440 Products Division has agreed to acquire Cal-Nev Safety Systems LLC, a recently formed manufacturers distribution company. Cal-Nev Safety Systems T-Valve earthquake safety product line will be the first non-technology product sold and distributed through the Sky440 Products Division. Cal-Nev Safety Systems is currently based in Vacaville, California. It will be relocating to Sacramento, California in March.
