I ordered the wrong size items and the staff were incredible both times I called customer service. The phone was answered promptly. It was nice to hear a local accent from the friendly team, who offered advice about how to save re-collection charges by swapping around my items. A genuinely positive experience which is rare. After 25+ years of daily use, my Miele dishwasher decided to retire. I ordered a replacement from AO incpuding removal and refining. The AO tem gave ne a first class service. On removal of the old one the ancient plumbing sprung a leak through no fault of the installer. He found a local plumber, arranged a fitting refund and how I could complete the installation. The plumbing repaired the AO installer made a surprise return mid-evening and completed the fitting without charge. A great service AO, many thanks.

AO helped me get a full refund when I had no end of trouble with the latest Hisense larder fridge - turns out since I last bought their products, they've gone downhill quality wise BIG TIME.
Replaced with a Bosch fridge, more expensive, but has more reassurance given its five year warranty.
Big shout out to their customer support team, they're well trained and based in the UK which carries a merit all on its own.
The only thing I'd say is I wish that they would perhaps be a little more discriminating with whose products they sell, given the grief I got from Hisense.

1st time using AO, 5* all the way! From ordering to delivery, cannot fault the AO experience. We were contacted to check that we had received the email about what to do before hand. Very friendly customer service! Delivery was excellent - recommend doing the AO member sign up as the connection took them no time at all! And the service was amazing. Website easy to use and find what you are looking for. Ordering is simple and payment pages useful. Customer service I found most helpful when querying a brand name I didn't recognise. Glad AO use DPD as the delivery person was most helpful and spot on time.
Ordered Sunday delivered Tuesday. Set up completed within an hour.

Phone call 20 mins before delivery. Came in and checked everything was satisfactory before installation ( dual fuel cooker).
Very professional, worked quickly and quietly.
Checked appliance worked before leaving and also that my gas combo boiler had restarted. Well worth paying for the gas fitting. Both gentlemen polite and friendly.

Ordered a new dual fuel cooker by phone as the website wouldn't take my payment. Previously had an electric one so wanted to make sure there were no problems. Everything was explained to me on the phone. Delivery arrived within the time frame given and the cooker was installed by a very pleasant young man who showed me how it worked. Very happy customer.

I have called the office the day before the delivery to make sure the delivery guys knew the access to the street was only up to 11am by van.They have arrived around noon and of course straggled finding parking space and access to the building was pedestrian only.Although all the difficulties they did complete the delivery as promised!

When your chest freezer breaks it's panic mode! We found AO could deliver one the next day! It came 20 hours after purchasing! Lovely delivery team, they took away old freezer and rubbish, no mess! Would certainly use again!

I have had a few appliances from AO and their service is second to none. The drivers are fabulous, they take away packaging, recycle the old appliance and fit the new one with such competence and efficency, and they are polite and friendly. Marvelous company

Kept up to date on delivery day. Phone call about 20 mins before delivery. Item carried to where it was needed and checked for damage prior to leaving. Brilliant service. Driver so helpful. £200 cheaper than exactly the same item at Currys. Will defo use AO again

What an excellent firm to deal with. I have to admit that I didn’t know anything about them. But in my mind 2nd to none. From ordering to delivering. The 2 men that have just delivered and fitted my dishwasher were a pleasure to deal with thank you so very much. I will certainly use AO again and recommend to friends and family. Ordering was ok but delivery poor. Despite having paid for removal and fitting the driver first said he didn’t have room for the old machine in his van. He only took it after I was obviously cross about this. Then the fitting involved plugging in the machine without even switching it on to see if it worked.
