As discussion of politics has been depressingly absent in the Gloucestershire media, with the county's residents generally being fed whatever, I've decided, spurred on by the latest furore about UKIP and fostering, to try and offer a forum for that discussion to take place.
I'm aiming not to censor anyone's views, within reason ('course, the definition of 'reason' is the kicker), in order to get a frank debate going about various issues that tend to generate more heat than light in the usual scheme of things.
