Another of President Joe Biden’s “migrants” — the people Democrats “care about most” — has been charged with raping a minor.

This time, the suspect is a Brazilian that Biden’s underlings released at the border to roam free and terrorize Americans. And as is typical, after they arrested him for rape, the authorities in sanctuary Massachusetts ignored a detainer from Immigration and Customs Enforcement to hold him.

So ICE had to track him down.

The Brazilian is at least the third rape suspect whom Biden released at the border.

Caught and Released

The rape is yet another illegal-alien crime for which Biden and his Homeland Security secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas, are directly responsible. Had the Brazilian not been released and instead deported, he wouldn’t have landed in Massachusetts to rape the girl.

ICE announced that agents arrested the unidentified Brazilian, 20, on March 28 “near his residence in Lowell.” In fact, his “residence” is somewhere in Brazil — where he belongs.

The story about his crossing the border is typical.

“U.S. Border Patrol officials arrested the Brazilian national along with his mother and father July 28, 2021, after they unlawfully entered the United States near San Luis, Arizona,” ICE reported:

Authorities served the Brazilian noncitizen with a notice to appear before a Department of Justice (DOJ) immigration judge. The noncitizen and his family were then released from custody on an order of recognizance.

The Billerica Police Department in Massachusetts arrested the Brazilian national Aug. 2, 2023, for the offenses of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no inspection sticker. Those charges were later dismissed.

Thus can one conclude that the Brazilian had been driving illegally in the state since he arrived, and it wouldn’t have been long before he killed an innocent Bay Stater or another motorist.

On December 20, Milford Police “issued a warrant for his arrest for the charges of rape of child and enticement of a child under 16,” ICE continued. Cops in Portland, Maine, arrested him in January and held him in the Cumberland County jail until he was extradited back to Worcester County, Massachusetts.

But as is typical in blue states and cities, authorities released him after ICE filed a detainer:

ERO Boston lodged an immigration detainer against the Brazilian noncitizen with the Cumberland County Jail. The immigration detainer was provided to the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office….

The Worcester County Sheriff’s Office transported the noncitizen to the Milford District Court in Massachusetts Jan. 18, 2024. The Milford District Court arraigned him on the charges and the criminal court judge set a $5,000 bail with GPS monitoring requirements.

On Jan. 25, the Milford District Court failed to honor ERO Boston’s immigration detainer and released the noncitizen from custody after he paid $5,000 in bail.

Other Rape “Migrants”

The Brazilian is just one of Biden’s Third World “migrants” charged with rape.

As The New American reported last month, citing Fox News, a “migrant” whom Biden “paroled” and flew directly into the country raped a 15-year-old girl. He committed the crime, police allege, in Rockland, Massachusetts, at one of the many hotels the administration uses to let the “migrants” establish a beachhead here.

The suspect is 26-year-old Haitian thug Cory Alvarez.

In February, 19-year-old illegal Angel Matias Castellanos-Orellana of Honduras was charged with raping a 14-year-old girl and stabbing a 62-year-old man in Kenner, Louisiana.

“He’s committed two of the most heinous crimes we’ve seen in the city in a while,” said the sheriff.

Also in February, cops arrested 26-year-old Venezuelan thug Jose Ibarra for the murder of University of Georgia nursing student Laken Riley. A nursing student at Augusta University’s Athens campus, Riley was found dead on a jogging trail on February 22. Ibarra is charged with felony murder, kidnapping, false imprisonment, aggravated battery and assault, hindering a 911 call, and concealing a death.

Border authorities caught him when he jumped the border on September 8, 2022, but paroled and released him.

Also released were his criminal brothers, one of whom is linked to a vicious Venezuelan organized crime gang that operates freely in New York City.

Venezuelan squatters are also seizing properties there.

Democrats don’t seem too worried about the “migrant” crime wave.

Two weeks before Jose Ibarra was arrested in Riley’s murder, Senator Chris Murphy explained his party’s priority.

Speaking to MSNBC host Chris Hayes about the recently failed border-security bill, the Connecticut senator complained that Democrats “failed to deliver for the people we care about most, the undocumented Americans that are in this country.”

Note that Murphy apparently thinks that the Ibarra brothers, the “migrant” rape suspects, and the Venezuelan squatters are “Americans.”
