Blind Item #2
Another bad behavior blind. This time the offender is a B- list mostly television actress who is only B- because of one show. Otherwise? You would not even know her name and if her show on that almost network crashes, so will her career. So, you would think someone in a precarious position such as that would be nicer to friends and family and co-workers. Nope. Co-workers on the set of her show say they have never met a bigger diva and makes sure that everyone waits for her on set so she can make a grand entrance. Every time. For every scene. Fans who want photos? Only if someone from the press is watching, otherwise she is "far too busy." Says it just like that too. Who talks like that? The next thing you know she will be doing a fake British accent. Whoops. Too late. Started doing it in the past few weeks.

No way is this Rachel - she got her fame from the OC and has also done movies. She is higher than B- list.
How bout Kristin Kreuk? She's on Beauty and the Beast.
I was SO leaning to Debra Messing, 'cause i think she thinks she's a STAH'!
But it says 'almost network'. Can bad ratings make NBC not a network? j/k.
I'd rule out anyone from 90210 since we know it's canceled.

Another one to toss out there is Willa Holland on Arrow. She was on Gossip Girl and The OC a bit, but she does dabble in movies a bit. Kristin is way more TV.
@VIP - I thought about her, but she's pretty established in some decent movies.
Shanae Grimes? 90210 has been cancelled, she's only done one movie, and her name is weirdly unmemorable. :b
What is it with fake British accents? It's not like most people can even fake it very well.

That's hilarious about the fake British accent. I remember watching House Hunters International with a couple (husband from England and the wife from Alabama) and she was faking a British accent the whole time! The real estate agent (in England) called her out on it...it was hilarious!! I hate people that do that...just be yourself...geez....looking at you, Madonna.

@DianaG - the husband from England reminds me of the Wife Swap episode with the complete jerkoff Stephen Fowler. His wife apologized for having the worst husband ever! Even my husband said, "Wow, I wonder if he puts organic piss in his organic wheaties."
I agree with Amber's guess of Willa Holland. (She plays Oliver Queen's sister on Arrow). Willa's father is English, so she might be able to use that as an excuse.
To me, the phrase "if her show on that almost network crashes" sounds like a newer show. "Nikita" is in its third season. I don't think it would be considered crashing at this point. I don't really know anything about Maggie Q, but I've seen her on a few interviews this week, & there was no British accent.
I'm going with Maggie Q. To be honest...the only reason I know who she is, is only because of this site. Otherwise...would have no clue.
I've heard she's the biggest Diva. If this show goes away...guaranteed her career would too.
I don't know half of the people y'all are guessing. I was going to say Kat McPhee. Main show being AI. Lesser show being Smash. But the almost network messes that up.

Willa Holland is a fantastic guess!!
I can't remember what year she was on The OC, but that TINY bit of fame went to her head and she went nutso. It was before every little minute thing was reported on, so people may not remember, but she took to her myspace and went on these tirades against black people and Mexicans, posted pictures along the lines of LiLo's knife play, pictures of her smoking/drinking/doing drugs.
I was seriously SHOCKED when I saw she was in a new show. Her people did a great job scrubbing all that mess away. I was positive she would never work again.

Mindy Kaling is a great guess. Her show is terrible and I can see her swanning about as if she's queen bee. Also can see her doing a fake British accent.
She's always struck me as someone who is nice to you if you're famous, but don't even come near her if you're some sort of peasant normal.
I saw Maggie Q last week I'm an interview. No fake accent there. Johnny Depp's fake accent bugs the shit out of me too. It's not even British, it's just some weird accent he pulled out of his ass.

I hope this is not Mindy. I really like Mindy. She has admitted in her book that she has had diva incidents while working on The Office. She'd argue with the other writers to the point she'd just get up and walk out. A number of cast members were let go from her current show over the holidays - including that very attractive actress that played the secretary.

I don't think this is Mindy Kaling. I find it hard to appreciate her or any of her work since she, Lena Dunham and BJ Novak joked about dressing up as Paul and Karla Homolka along with Karlas younger, murdered sister Tammy for Halloween last year. That is nothing short of disgusting and yes, I do keep a grudge. Aside from that crap it has always seemed to me that Mindy had her skills as a writer and comedienne to fall back on. I (sadly) don't think she would be done without her show.

No way is this Mindy Kaling! I think she may think highly of herself at times, but I don't think she would ever stoop to Madonna-levels of idiocy. Besides, her show is on Fox (an actual network), and I'm pretty sure Enty likes her.
@faux - I have NEVER heard of this. Paul & Karla were the absolute WORST of the WORST!!!! Karla is currently married and enjoying life while the numerous victims in her wake never will. What made her even worse then Paul (although I give him no break) was the way she painted herself a victim and escaped having any real consequences for being absolutely despicable.
Sorry for the tirade, just feel VERY strongly about that one. This will forever change my perception of those three. I will never watch/support any of their projects again... not that I will make a difference but at least I can stand by it.
@Marty McFly, Yeah I get your reaction! If I watch old reruns of The office and Mindy or BJ happen to pop on the screen my stomach just turns and I get soo mad.. I get that you're supposed to be able to joke about sensitive stuff and that might make somethings less infected but here we're talking about two predators who did some really unspeakable, horrific stuff! Murder, torture and rape is not funny - it's bad taste.

Ok, I just re read it and I guess Mindy didn't come up with the idea, but having a laugh or saying nothing when Lena suggest something like dressing up as the Homolkas SPEAKS VOLUMES!

Rachel Bilson is higher than B- ? She's one of those actresses that I only know because of CDaN. (Kind of like most of the actresses mentioned in this thread.) For the longest time, Rachel was mostly known for being Hayden Christensen's beard.

@Jenn - I totally agree about New Girl. I actually like Jake Johnson but can't bear to watch the show because of Zooey's "quirkiness" ugh it really makes my skin crawl.

@ seaward - I googled Willa Holland and came back with comments calling her a "racist hipster" and screenshots of her myspace from when she was 14 calling her friends "niggah" and talking about getting drunk. Hopefully she's improved.
Mango- was it at IDLYITW? That was the only one I could find, and it was just comments :/ ONTD was the place it originated, Willa ended up making a LJ account and coming in to argue with everyone, which made it even better. If I was on a computer I might try to go back and find the post, but ehh. I really hate ONTD now, not worth it.

@Jason - I REALLY like Mindy, too. That part of her book, I just read as difficulties w/ co-workers, esp in a male dominated room. I'd say she acted...more babyish about that than diva-ish? Just my 2 cents. ;) The latest ratings said 3.2 million people watched her show. I can't believe that's bad. I'm glad this was picked up another season.
This has to be someone from The CW. I hope it's not Rachel Bilson! Maybe it's Jaime King in character of Lemon Breeland. ;)
How about Alona Tal on Cult on the CW? She was on Veronica Mars with a pretty significant part, and I would have no idea who she was without that show. The CW also just moved Cult form Tuesday to Friday, so it may be on its way to crashing and burning.
