 Telesales - Contract - Manchester
Location: City Of Manchester, England
My Client Brother is a world wide electronics and manufacturing company, with sales in over 100 countries. Their UK subsidiary is based on the outskirts of Manchester, and provides sales, marketing, technical support, warehousing and distribution, and a customer call center for all their UK customers.
Based in Audenshaw, Manchester they have an URGENT need to recruit an experience Telesales Operative or experienced Customer Service Advisors (who is used to making outbound calls) for an excellent contract opportunity - 3 months initially with a view to extending based on individual performance.
NO Cold Calling involved.
The role will involve:
Calling Customers from an existing database and advising on current promotions.
Increase the sales of selected products within the relevant channels.
Profile Customers according to their predefined criteria and entering this information into our Clients’ Database.

The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate a high level of communication skills and be able to demonstrate good negotiation skills.
Previous experience within a Telesales environment is preferred but it is not absolutely mandatory.
Skills and experienced of using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word are a must have.
Other Information:
Hours are Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5pm and Friday 8.45am to 4.20pm
