Lenten Retreat 2021: Conquering Temptations

Temptations are ever so present and something we face in our daily spiritual lives. This Great Lent, we invite you to our area MGOCSM Lenten Retreat, as we discover the sacred tools of the Holy Church in conquering these temptations.

We are blessed to have Mother Magdalena present on the theme 'Conquering Temptations,' based on St. Matthew 6:13: "And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil." Mother Magdalena is nun at the Orthodox Monastery of Holy Transfiguration, located in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Being a convert to the Church, and having years of monastic wisdom, we hope this Retreat will be one that equips you for your spiritual journey.
