Boulder Mountain Handmade 2015

Join us for Boulder Mountain Handmade, or share this information with artists and crafters you know. Help us raise money for BMFPD Firefighters while enjoying time with other artisans and showcasing your work!!

For many years the Boulder Mountain Fire Protection District Auxiliary has sponsored this art, craft, and bake sale to raise funds for our fire district. Funds from the event provide equipment, education, and provisions for our volunteer fire fighters. We hope you will consider participating or sharing this information with artists and crafters with whom you have contact.

As our name implies, Boulder Mountain Handmade is known for its focus on handmade items. Crafts, artwork and photography must be original.

Our remaining display areas are 8' x 8' ($200). We do allow artists to share a space ($280; limited to 2 artists/crafters per booth. Both must apply.) Artists bring their own fixtures and display equipment, allowing for creativity in showcasing your work. There is no application or jury fee. For more information see our Frequently Asked Questions at this link.

If you are interested in participating, click on the button below to apply. The application will outline how and what to submit for the jury process. We will review applications and work samples beginning August 1 and select artisans for inclusion in BMH. Notification of acceptance will be sent after August 1.

With all proceeds from the sale going to support our fire department, many participating and nonparticipating artists donate pieces of work to the Auxiliary for sale at BMH. If you would like to donate, please click on the button below.

Apply or Donate

We are very grateful to have so many talented craftspeople and artists in our area and look forward to hearing from you. If you know other artists or crafters who might be interested in our event, please feel free to forward this information to them.

 Sincerely,

Catherine Von Hatten, BMH Chairperson, Auxiliary Co-president
