OrganizationStudents take ownership in the class calendar / deadlines. One example would be to use google calendar that students subscribe to, but take time daily instead of "copying assignments into the assignment book" they can look at class calendar and make decisions on what benchmarks they need to meet to get there Kids have become too reliant on being told what to do all the time. Kids who "play school" well are fine with assignment book concept, but others struggle...never learning skills of management etc.@khokanson
