I hereby confirm that I am in fact a 2020 Graduate of Permian HS and intend to attend the ceremony on May 22nd. *
I will be required to follow the protocols and procedures set by ECISD and its Student Code of Conduct, therefore, I understand that failure to meet expectations will result in non-participation or removal. I also understand that failure to arrive at the specified time and location will result in removal from the participant roster.   *
The Ceremony attire requirements are as follows:  LADIES- black dress (school appropriate), black shoes  GENTLEMEN-white collared shirt, black tie, black slacks/pants, black belt, black socks, black shoes. No decorations or alterations to the traditional graduation attire, mortar-board, cap, or gown will be allowed. *

I understand that each 2020 Graduate will receive 15 TICKETS to distribute to his/her family. Permian HS will provide these to the graduate only at a date to be announced. This information will be posted to the PHS website and will also be available in social media platforms. *
