Big Ideas @ UC Berkeley is a program that offers prizes to graduate and undergraduate students who have creative solutions to address pressing social challenges. It is a unique opportunity for students interested in entrepreneurship or social impact. The Big Ideas Contest just launched and we are inviting all Cal students to participate!

What is it?
UC Big Ideas is an early-stage innovation competition that provides up to $20K in funding as well as skill development resources, networks, and recognition to teams of graduate and undergraduate teams who care creative solutions to the worlds pressing social challenges.

Why Big Ideas?
Big Ideas gives students the opportunity, platform and structure to create, launch, fund and scale their innovations!

If you're wondering about eligibility, ask yourself the following questions:
   - Are you a UC Berkeley student?
   - Is your idea an early-stage idea?
   - Is your idea social impact focused?

If you answered yes to all three questions then you qualify to apply to the Big Ideas Contest!
