Just smelled two of the newest Axe scents, Rise and Exite, let's get this party started!

Axe Rise
Top Notes: Formaldehyde, Lemon Fresh Lysol
Mid Notes: Nail polish Remover
Base Notes: Stale Cola

Do you want to smell like a well preserved corpse? Folks you've found your frag. This concoction is aptly named "rise" since after putting this on you'll literally smell like you just "rose" from the dead. This sucker burns through your nostrils and invokes almost an instant headache, and probably contributes to shortening your life, since, after all, you don't want to prolong your aromatic zombification more than absolutely necessary. This is the definition of biohazard.

Axe Excite
Top Notes: Grape Koolaid
Mid Notes: Methane, DEET
Base Notes: Ammonia

A delightful mix of insecticide and sugared children's drink, nothing says "sexy" like that hot hot mix of Deep Woods Off and Kool-aid. After those "exciting" top notes of bugspray and sugar, you'll be treated to the distinct Amonia-based cleaner smell, and who knows maybe you'll feel the urge to clean some Windows.

Again folks, this stuff is absolutely dreadful, and probably toxic junk. Just buy a decent bargain cologne and save yourself money, a headache and diminishing spermcount...

It was not funny at all. I smelled many fragrances including niche and Excite shower gel is my no.1 scent right now. Very comforting fruity coconut scent.

dreamer81: I was reviewing two separate scents; and in this case, doing a public service. Axe is dreadful stuff and can in no way be justified. I'm aware you wear it, but there are people who smoke crack and listen to Justin Bieber, and that doesnt make those activities right either. Do yourself a favour, get rid of the axe and get yourself some nice cologne, your lungs, and those around you will thank you. I also started a thread on "Bargain Fragrances"; you might want to look that one up too.
