Communication of Design Ideas Through Augmented Reality
PLEASE READ!!

The following quick survey is being completed as part of the course ENGN 3430 - Technology, Management and Entrepreneurship. Our business model involves real-time generation of CAD models and other 3D designs to communicate ideas quickly and effectively using your own smartphone and camera.

After downloading the app, your smartphone camera will scan a QR code that will generate your 3D model. This will allow for quick communication between designers, fabricators, employers and clients. Just like your own business card, these cards may be handed out to interviewers, at trade shows, or in machine shops with a QR code to download the app and another to generate the 3D model(s). It is our goal to connect potential employers with designers and to present an easy, intuitive way to communicate design ideas. Additionally, our service will allow employers to easily view a visual-style portfolio with multiple 3D models to give you an upper hand regarding hiring opportunities.

All information will remain confidential and will be used for class purposes only.

Thank you for participating in this survey, and we look forward to your responses!
