Report: Non-voter may be ‘disfigured’

The Arizona man whose wife allegedly hit him with the family Jeep after he failed to vote may be “permanently disfigured,” according to a local news report out Tuesday evening.

Daniel Solomon, 36, sustained a pelvic fracture, artery damage and “possible ‘permanent disfiguration,’” an ABC affiliate reported, citing court documents.

His wife, Holly, who reportedly was angry about President Barack Obama’s re-election, allegedly chased him around a parking lot Saturday night, screaming at him as an argument about Daniel Solomon’s neglect of the polling booth escalated. At one point, she wedged him between a curb and the car as he tried to run to a bigger street, reports indicate.

She is six months pregnant, he said in a police report, according to news accounts. Holly Solomon, 28, is “being held on a $50,000 bond,” the ABC affiliate noted.
