Photoshop, Expanding the Frame
Friday, September 16th, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.

Instructor: Lindsey Glover
Location: ADMS, W. Sibley Rm 223

This one hour intermediate Photoshop workshop is recommended for students that have some working knowledge of the software and is geared toward those that want to better understand the strengths of Photoshop as an editing tool for photographic images. We will focus on using Photoshop to expand the edges of the photographic frame or to alter images in impactful ways. During the workshop, we will look at how to utilize powerful features such as layers, compositing, blending and stitching. We will also focus on the advantages of using masks and Smart Objects within your files. Each student will have images supplied during the workshop, and there will be time at the end for questions and one-on-one help for those who would like to stay longer.
