The following form may be filled out if you feel there is information pertinent to class placement for the 2019/2020 school year to be shared with Mr. Kanne, Carleton Washburne's Principal, and Mr. Horwitz, Carleton Washburne's Assistant Principal.  This form must be completed by Monday, April 1st.  Any information shared on this form will only be viewed by Mr. Kanne and Mr. Horwitz, and is considered completely confidential.   Information about your child as a learner, social interactions, strengths, challenges, family background is all incredibly helpful in the placement process.  Classroom placement is taken very seriously as a key contributor to student success.  As such, Mr. Kanne and Mr. Horwitz read through each and every form submitted by families and thoughtfully place each and every individual student.  Feedback from 6th grade teachers also contributes to placement decisions.
