On Tuesday, film critic Roger Ebert will go on "Oprah" for a much anticipated interview. Ebert has been voiceless for almost four years, following surgery in 2002 to remove a cancerous thyroid, which left Ebert without a jaw.
Today Ebert will talk with the help of a computer voice based on hours of audio of his real voice. In the video clip below, Ebert tries out his new voice.
The first post-surgery photographs of Ebert were published recently alongside a recent Esquire profile. Today, author Chris Jones releases a few more photographs from his time with Ebert.
