1. To participate in "The Ave" Speed Dating event, you must register and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Agreement) and confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your participation in "The Ave" Speed Dating event and we may modify this agreement as deemed necessary.

By registering for "The Ave" Speed Dating event, you are agreeing that "The Ave" is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, incidental and/or consequential, arising from your attendance at "The Ave" Speed Dating events, including, without limitations to damages arising out of communicating and/or meeting with other participants at these events. Such damages include, without limitation: physical damages, bodily injury and/or emotional distress. In the event that you are injured or suffer damages in any regard to a "The Ave" Speed Dating event, you agree to release "The Ave" from any liability with respect thereto.

2. You must be 21 years old, single and legally divorced to participate in a "The Ave" Speed Dating event. By participating, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. We will make every effort to hold events at the dates, times, and locations specified on our web site/ and or flyers. We do reserve the right to cancel and/or change event dates, times, and locations although this happens very rarely. In the likely event that circumstances dictate that we postpone an event, you will be entitled to a full refund.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your participation at a "The Ave" Speed Dating event, for justifiable reasons and without prior notification. If your rights are terminated you will not be entitled to a refund.

4. We are not a matchmaking service. Our goal is to help single people meet one another in a safe and comfortable setting. "The Ave" does not screen participants or verify personal information, such as marital status or any other aspects of general background. It is your responsibility to clarify these concerns to your satisfaction. Attendance at any "The Ave" Speed Dating event is done so at your own risk. You agree to waive all liability against " The Ave", event venue, sponsors and/or partners associated with "The Ave" Speed Dating event, staff members, and volunteers associated with "The Ave" Speed Dating event.

5. You agree to release "The Ave", its affiliates and/or various third parties and assume full responsibility and risk with respect to the outcome of any relationship that may or may not arise between you and other event participants

6. "The Ave" staff members, along with certain permitted third parties, may photograph and/or make audio/video recordings of any of the "The Ave" Speed Dating events. At no time will there be an audio recording of any actual 'dates'. Such photographs may be used by the "The Ave", its agents, representatives, successors and/or assigns for any legal purpose including, with limitation, marketing and advertising.

7. You agree to indemnify and hold "The Ave", its employees, volunteers, business partners, affiliates, and/or various third parties harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your participation in any "The Ave" Speed Dating events.

8. All title, ownership and intellectual property rights, including the rights to copyright, trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively, the "Intellectual Property") are vested in "The Ave" Speed Dating. Nothing contained herein should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, and license or right to use any of the Intellectual Property without the written permission of "The Ave" Speed dating and its affiliates.

9. These terms and conditions shall be deemed severable in the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

10. You acknowledge that you have read the "The Ave" Speed Dating policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein. You may not assign, convey, subcontract, or delegate your rights, duties, or obligations hereunder
