Sign-Up to be a Tutor in 2023 - 2024
Fill out this short form to let us know you want to be a tutor in the Shepherd Tutoring Program during the 2023 - 2024 school year and to provide us with information we will need to contact you.

Tutoring will be from 5 - 6 pm most Sundays, at Tifereth Israel. We expect to begin this year on Sunday, October 15th.  There will be a one-time training session for all tutors on the first day, from 4 - 5pm.

Please fill out one form for each tutor.

Please provide the age as of 9/1/23 of a teenage tutor. Write "Adult" for tutors age 21 or over.

Please provide the cell phone number at which the tutor (or the tutor's parent) is most likely to be reachable on Sunday afternoons. Indicate whose phone it is. If there is no cell phone, write NONE.

Here's the place to let us know anything you want us to know about tutoring this year. Please let us know if you can help with a foreign language (and which one) and what subjects you are most interested in tutoring.
