The Max Schewitz Foundation needs approximately 125 volunteers over a two day period to help run the Screens for Teens Cardiac Screening at Glenbrook North High School on Wednesday, November 2nd and Thursday, November 3rd, 2016.
Screens for Teens relies on parents as the primary labor source for performing the ECGs. Parent volunteers are used to assist with student registration and processing, or to perform a small component of the ECG tests. You do not need prior experience. You will be trained and supervised by medical staff. Believe it or not, it is easy and fun!
Parent training takes place from 5:30-7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 1st. Attendance at training is mandatory, however, several administrative positions are available for each shift where training is not required.
