Email Zap: Assembly, we have your back in supporting 340B!

Governor Hochul's proposed "carveout" of the 340B Pharmacy Benefit Program will slash hundreds of millions of dollars from safety net healthcare on April 1— unless our lawmakers act now.

Gov. Hochul's proposed budget includes a "carveout" that would wreak havoc on community health centers, Ryan White providers, and safety-net hospitals across New York State that rely on savings through the 340B program. These community healthcare providers would lose hundreds of millions of dollars that support crucial programs for vulnerable New Yorkers.

The Save NY's Safety Net coalition has proposed an alternative plan, alongside Assemblymember Paulin and Senator Rivera, that would meet the Department of Health's policy objectives without this devastating blow to safety net healthcare. We need our state lawmakers to show their support for our champion Assemblymember Paulin so we can get this legislation over the finish line.

By completing the form, you will be given a pre-written email to your own Assemblymember about the need to speak up against the 340B carveout in conference next week. Please feel free to add your own comments to the email body as well!
