Game Submissions - RECESS June 18th, 2011

DEADLINE is Sunday, May 29th 2011, 11:59pm. The earlier you post, the more likely your game will be accepted.

RECESS' THEME is VIDEO GAMES... play your favorite tabletop games in your favorite video game worlds! We would love to see GMs submit games like a Pathfinder set in Castlevania, or a Cthulhu-Silent Hill game, or an awesome "Dogs in the Mushroom Kingdom" hack. The VIDEO GAME theme is optional but highly encouraged.

Rules
> To cancel a game, give us minimum 1 week notice by emailing recess@nerdnyc.com
> Games must be friendly to new players and don't require previous experience
> Be prepared to teach rules as needed
> If your game is less than 4 hours, run it multiple times in the same time slot OR  run different games as long as they have the same parameters (# of players, age requirements)
> Provide pre-generated characters as needed
> All games are minimum 4 players (not including yourself)
> Arrive 15 minutes prior to your game starting
> Deadline is Sunday, May 29th, 11:59pm
> If your game is chosen, we will email you by Tuesday, May 31st
How Games Are Selected
> Games submitted earlier have higher priority
> Games popular among RECESS attendees (see bellow) have higher priority
> Games that reflect RECESS' theme (video games) have higher priority
> Playtests and homebrew games are welcome but have lower priority
