There is zero assurance parking spaces are actually available due to short supply. Parking is not available for vehicles that are not directly owned by the tenant or a family member sharing the same surname. If parking was not originally applied for upon submitting your rental application it is likely none may be available upon submitting this specific parking application after the fact.

 from any claims relating to: municipal parking fines/tickets however received, damages to your vehicle or the inability to access it due to severe weather conditions whilst parked on our properties or if we need to tow and impound it due to parking violations. You understand your parking spot can NOT be shared with any other cars, and it is ONLY for YOUR registered vehicle. ANY other vehicles are subject to immediate towing. To irrevocably pay first and last month's parking fees in advance prior to tenancy commencement and should you change your mind or not actually use the parking spot(s), these fees will under no circumstances be refunded. If you do not voluntarily submit payment as described, we would debit your account for first and last month's rates at the first opportunity. We reserve the right to request two full months advance notice of cancellation of parking privileges. Parking is not available for vehicles that are not directly owned by the tenant or a family member sharing the same surname. *Disclaimer* fees paid towards parking, may under no circumstances be refunded. Parking is independent from residential tenancy and may or may not be available.
