If you plan to have a bicycle(s) on any properties administered by QRentals you need to complete this prior to bringing such onto the property, subject to impounding/disposal should you not register prior. Bicycles are strictly forbidden from entering into actual buildings due to stringent new Fire and Insurance regulations. Each bicycle must be independently registered. There is no provision for winter time bike storage nor permitted locking to fences or handrails as snow removal can be impeded and particularly hazardous. Bicycles that appear unmaintained or seldom-used shall be subject to seizure with little or no notice. If you change bikes you are obligated to fill out this form with up to date information or risk the aforementioned remedies.
