Maybe? Most ppl just liked the lights, and thought it was cute, and that was enough tbh.

I play video games, talk to friends, try and get exercise but haven't been able to in too long.
I expected it to cheer me, give me a little dose of happiness
I would estimate about 25 - 30 times yesterday, and 40-50 times today
Usually in moments of downtime, walking to and from class. While sitting at a deskyes! I had a little dose of happiness and pride every time.
My on / off switch was broken because of a mistake in my build, so the battery ran out quickly and I had to charge it more often.
Yes! I think its soothing, pleasant, fun. Definitely worth a try. Better than a lot of other coping mechanisms.

heheheh i do opposite of what i feel such as if i am into panic to don't take create panic situation with my brain i think opposite to it this is how i cope with it
this device makes me feel better its something like music to me i have to play with him when i want to have some clam fun
so i use it at least 20-25 times i was using it during class and ttc
which i was listening music i was try to make it sync according to it like a vj
at some point yes iut a good device to make you phenomenological actions with in your body
no its all good
yes for sure any one who have any sort of depression can just use this device and feel it it could be a part of their therapy
