Mindfulness Mastermind

Each one of us has an incredible innate wisdom and insight.  Join us for this unique "Mastermind" (a sharing and exchange of ideas) focusing on strategies to stay Mindful during this upcoming holiday season.

Ways we can lose Mindfulness during the Holidays:

• Gift giving--stress about the "perfect" gift, too much/ little, grab & go
  
• Anxiety over planning, spending, relationships, expectations, travel, guests
  
• Over-scheduling and getting depleted (& excessive being of service!)
  
• Judgment of self and others- in general and at social engagements, unmet expectations, disappointments
  
• Indulging in foods that don't serve us long-term & leave us "blah"
  

You can experience it differently this year with Mindfulness and reconnect to the natural joy and peace of the season!

We'll be sharing insights and collaborating on strategies and approaches of how to be conscious and intentional about your time, energy, resources, activities and relationships during the holidays, even if there is chaos around you.  Unplug from everyone else's rhythm and stay centered in your own.

• You can bring a (different) friend every time (Note: for this special Mastermind, you can bring any friend you like-- even repeats!)
  
• There's no other "club" like this in town where you can simply "show up" to cool events (without having to plan it)!
