MHHS Parent Survey  for Instructional Support
Dear Parents,
During this time of school closures due to the COVID-19 public health situation, we are shifting to a distance learning model for instruction. This model requires that each student have access to a device during the school day hours for their sole use.  

With this in mind, we will begin to check out Chromebooks to all students, regardless of financial need. We ask that families not check out devices if you already have personal devices (Chromebook, laptop, tablet, etc.) for every child in your home.  

If you still need to check out a Chromebook, please take this survey.
