3	Our introduction		Our Rules & Regulations
4	(ღˇ◡ˇ)~♥	We are a social type, international English speaking guild.	You're permitted to use only the "English" language in guild chat.
5	(≧◡≦)	We are fondly attracted to anything small & cute!	You're not allowed to beg. Including but not limited to: items/gold/power leveling
6	(っ⌒‿⌒)っ	We banter about life, school and almost anything and everything under the sun!	No sharing of accounts/gold/equipments with anyone (*)
7	(⌒▽⌒)☆	We become lunatics when we band up together and it takes a lot to handle it all!	Nil involvement in scamming and/or advertising of phishing/hoax sites and/or emails
8	Our Principle		No flaming/trash talking allowed in or out of guild
9	We strongly believe that the guild can only truly be a guild with its' members. Whatever action its' members undertake will cast a representation to the community. If ill actions are allowed without prevention/elimination, the guild will fall into a state of decadence and subsequently bear the stigma of being a morally degenerate guild. Therefore it is the responsibility of the guild master to choreograph the guild rules to cater the guilds' directions for the members to make the overall experience in/with the guild aesthetically pleasing.		Be polite and friendly. Common courtesy and mannerism is a definite must have.
10			(*) You may still share your account/equipments but at your own risk of breaching the publisher Terms of Service and/or getting scammed. If you're joining/have joined our guild, you have unreservedly and unconditionally agreed to not hold the guild responsible for any losses.

14	Our Guild Policies
15	Priority	As a guild, we should be more inclined to help each other get better at the game if you have been around for a while. We're not a charity, we are a group of friends that sit around and enjoy each others company while collaborating to get stronger. If you feel the need to be self-serving, taking & not giving, selling materials/gears at the expense of guild members for your personal higher profits; then you don't need to be in any guild at all.
16	Activity	Simply logging in does not equal to being active. If you don't feel like being active/participating; then you don't need to be in an active guild. Inactivity without notice is not advised, and any action taken is at the discretion of the leaders.
17	Discrimination	There are casual, beginners, fairly serious, hardcore and whales(hardcore spenders) in the guild. We don't discriminate and we help each other.
18	Leaving	If you want to leave our guild, please let Tsugumi know. Tsugumi would like to know why and be given a chance to try and fix the problem, if any.
19	Communication	Please acknowledge questions, queries and not thinking that "others will reply" because in the end, no one will reply at all. Even if you do not have an answer to that question, it's better to reply with a simple "I'm sorry, I'm not too sure on that" than complete silence.
20	Reporting	When reporting an ill-mannered guild member, please ensure you have screenshots of the chat box. Videos, if KSing or things that cannot be caught through simple screenshots. Please be assured that all reports will remain anonymous.
21	Relationships	As friends, we will support any of your relationships formed within the guild. However please be advised that if the relationship turn sour, you shall not divide the guild into "supporting" you against your partner/former partner. In fact, you should not involve the guild in any way regarding your relationship(s)!
22	Sweeping	Our guild may occasionally with or without notice conduct sweeps in (1) Facebook Group and/or (2) In-game Guild for the sole purpose of housekeeping. During the (1) sweep, members that have failed to keep their information up to date in the character registration doument (i.e. change of facebook name), failed to update the character registration, unknowns and/or kicked/banned members will be removed from the group. During the (2) sweep, members that have regrettably broken the guild rules excessively and/or breaches our guild policy in a way unacceptable will be removed from the guild. This includes the Activity Policy of the guild.
23	Kicking	Any members found to have breached the guild rules and/or policies, any action is at the discretion of the leaders. You may or may not be informed of the reason.
24	Disputes	Any disputes amongst members are to be resolved in a civilised manner. In occasions whereby the situation is such that you are unable to resolve the dispute amicably amongst the involved parties, please engage the guild leaders for assistance.
25	Tardiness	Any preplanned parties formed within the guild by anyone, members of the party has to exercise self-responsibility of being punctual. If there are any required entry items, if possible, please have a few spares ready. In the event you are unable to attend due to any reason, please take the initiative to inform the party members/organizer or anyone in the guild to forward the message on your behalf if you are unable to relay the message yourself due to offline/internet issues/family/kids.
