Participants will also go home with our "Heat & Eat" Kalo Kit full of goodies to continue to experiment with kalo recipes after the workshop, including kalo pa‘a, poi, flour, fries, lū‘au and more!
There are only 10 spots per workshop, so it's possible that we may not be able to fit in everyone who is interested in these sessions. Priority will be given to applicants who are school cafeteria staff.
