We are proud that all games played on round 21 of the Aviva Rugby Premiership, 28th - 30th April, will be dedicated to Restart Rugby, the official charity of the Rugby Players' Association. 

Our aim is to raise over £5,000 to support professional rugby players suffering from serious injury, illness or hardship and raise awareness around our #LiftTheWeight mental health awareness campaign 

Our player’s give their all for team, club and country and as the players’ charity, Restart Rugby is committed to supporting them when they need us most, providing emotional, practical and financial support during challenging times.

#LiftTheWeight, the RPA and Restart Rugby also supports players struggling with mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, with Restart Rugby providing a 24-hour counselling service for those who need us. 1 in 4 people in the UK are affected by a mental health issue and rugby players are no exception.
