NOTE .. right NOW, https://www.imgur.com is playing up, and often not all the images I have loaded show up for some reason. If you see the word “IMAGE” appearing in among photos, simply press the “f5” key on your top row of keyboard, and the page will refresh, showing ALL the pix!

AUST FDCs 1977 to 1994, x 400, - cost $660 to buy as new issues from PO.
Totally unpicked by me as usual ..... ALL the topical/thematic goodies are in here. Mini sheets, lots of se-tenant strips of 5, and joined pairs etc.

And these often sell for $5 - $10 or more a set fine used.

Many folks forget how HIGH the USED sets are priced in SG from this era.

The SG Cat gives the following as a cross section of the late 70s to late 80s era USED price that I often offer here from Estates. And AAT too.

This list is just a sample, and as you can see, in some cases the SG price is 10 to 48 times the FACE, and off me you are paying MILES under face. :)

And there are MANY more similar are too.

1978 Cricket - Face $1.35 - SG Cat £4 = $A8½
1978 Trees - Face $1.28 - SG Cat £3.75 = $A8
1978 Horses - Face $1.60 - SG Cat £3 = $A6½
1979 Ferries - Face $A1.60 - SG Cat £3 = $A6½
1980 Dogs - Face $1.95 - SG Cat £4 = $A8½
1981 Fungi - Face $1.74 - SG Cat £3.50 = $A7½
1981 Wales - Face $1.74 - SG Cat £3.25 = $A7
1982 Roses - Face = $A2.10 - SG Cat £3.50 = $A7½
1982 Eucalyptus - Face 44c - SG Cat £5 = $A12 (SG is 27 times face)
1983 AAT Wildlife Strip 5 - Face $A1.35 = SG Cat £4 = $A8½
1984 Airmail - Face 90c - SG Cat £2.50 = $A5½
1985 Military Uniform - Face $1.78 - SG Cat £3.25 = $A70
1985 BiCent M/sheet - Face $1.89 - SG Cat £4.50 = $A10
1985 Bicentenary - Face $2.75 - SG Cat £6 = $A13
1986 Alpine flowers - Face 69c - SG Cat £6.75 = $A15 (SG is 22 times face)
1986 90c Explorer pair - Face $1.80 - SG Cat £5.50 = $A12
1986 Orchid - Face $2.81 - SG Cat £7.50 = $A16
1987 Fruit - Face $2.91 - SG Cat £6.50 = $A14½
1987 Aboriginal Crafts - Face $1.29 - SG Cat £11.50 = $A25
1987 Agricultural Shows - Face $2.91 - SG Cat £6.50 = $A13
1988 Australian Crafts - Face 46c - SG Cat £10 = $A22 - (SG = 48 times face)
1989 Sheep - Face $2.63 - SG Cat £5.50 = $A12
1988 AAT Environment Strip 5 - Face $1.85 - SG Cat £5.50 = $A12

Usual odd age blemish etc here and there, due to 35 year old age, but a darn good lot at this price, and remember even if you choose to soak off the odd one for “VFU”, they are still great value.

An Estate buy of these FDC/PSE bought as new issues from PO in this period and an INSTANT collection for someone, or an ebay sellers delight.

On ebay, results are often superb on these, when offered singly or in groups of each year etc, when they have a free listing day. An Orchid set with SG cat $A15 often gets $5 to $7 from topical collectors, or 5 times your cost etc. Maybe keep the better sets for yourself, and sell off the others, so as you get the ones you retain totally FREE?

The Post Office charged 40c above face for each cover, so a $5 stamp on FDC cost $A5.40 to buy etc - 35 years back.

You are paying about $400 LESS than these cost from the PO!

There are covers like the $20 1990 Painting - retail $30 alone on FDC. You are paying just 68c for it, and the 2 x different $10 Painting Defins - 68c each. Indeed this price is under $US200.

$A275 plus global post

Call it - "Aust FDCs : Stock 425HZ - please order via new HTTPS encrypted SECURE site - https://tinyurl.com/GlenOrder

And please do that NOW. Too many think Ill do that later and then quickly forget. I then lose the stamps in the rubble here, and waste an annoying hour finding them again.

All payment details etc are on: https://www.tinyurl.com/GlenPay - NICE franking is used when I mail : see member pix of that here - https://tinyurl.com/GlenCTO

For overseas members, to find out the approx cost in YOUR currency, click here - https://www.xe.com - the $A has CRASHED lately, and for USA and UK buyers, these prices are REALLY cheap in your money!

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - don't like it - mail it back within 48 hours of receiving it. No-one ever has yet. :)

And "lay-by/layaway" is always possible - email me with any queries to glen [at] glenstephens.com - OR "trade-ins" always possible! If you have a pile of surplus stuff, I may well be happy to offset that against this item, see: https://tinyurl.com/GlenBuy

As most know - I do NO fairs or shows, have NO shop, and do NOT bother with ebay or any other auctions. I buy endless bulk lots from Estates, and distress sales etc, in this massive city of 6 million with no other real stamp buyers, and offer it here at NETT prices for fast turnover. NO "20%-25% Buyer Fees" to add to my prices, as in auction!

Many similar mouth-watering NETT price offers are being loaded weekly onto - https://tinyurl.com/GlenRare and https://tinyurl.com/GlenSpec

All stampboards lots $A200 and under are always mailed Unregistered and untracked, unless YOU specifically note otherwise on order form. 1000s of my transactions here for 9 years have been safe by normal post.

If Registered (PO cover is to $A100 only sadly) is required, clearly STATE that on order form - cost is extra $A4 local, and minimum $A15 extra foreign. Only YOU know if your street address is secure - a large packet covered in pretty stamps left outside, just might tempt passers-by? Only YOU know that, I do not. Mail contractors these days are often lazy and leave packets on top of mailboxes etc in view of public, and out in wet weather etc. PO Boxes are FAR safer.

"All Risk" Insurance is always possible if required as well, at $A2 per $100 covered - again it must be specified on order form. It is like Travel Insurance - decline that when booking your ticket, and THEN tell Qantas you really meant to take it 3 weeks back, and you now need to cancel your ticket for no penalty, and see how you go with THAT one!

As per stampboard convention - this lot is offered exclusively first to board members - and on no other sales venue.

For members who make a BANK TRANSFER payment you WILL generally get your goods faster, as it saves me some hassle - but you MUST email me the confirmation number etc - many "forget"!
