It is important to understand that we have added many security features to the desk. One example is: Every single person who comes in the hall between 8pm-8am will have to show their ID to the DA and guests will all be signed in. The card swipe will be locked during this time. You must be able to confront people and/or call the CA on call when issues arise. You will get a DA Handbook listing these new procedures and the expectations for you as a Desk Assistant. *
