GMS PTO Family Directory
In order to provide you with the latest information about GMS PTO events, activities, and volunteer opportunities, we need your contact information for our email blasts. Please provide this information below.  

Please also indicate if you wish for your contact information to be included in the GMS PTO Family Directory. Due to privacy laws, the school is unable to provide GMS families with the contact information of other students. Therefore, in order to facilitate the students’ communication with each other for birthday parties and playdates, the PTO coordinates a GMS family directory. Inclusion in this directory is completely voluntary and only those who agree to be included will receive an electronic copy.  Please remember that this list is for connecting your children to their friends and may not be used as a distribution list for any other purposes.  

Please provide the information requested below. You must fill out your child’s name, teacher, grade, and at least one form of contact information. Failure to do so will prevent your information from being included in the directory.
