PAYMENT OF FEES
Full payment of the Baseball Australia and Baseball SA Capitation Fee, along with full payment of the Goodwood Baseball Club Fee must be paid at the time of registration. You will need to tick a minimum of 3 boxes on the Products page to correctly complete a player registration.
For the last 4 years, where capitation fees have continued to increase, GBC has absorbed the rising costs of registration by holding off on significant increases. For the coming season, the cost of club equipment, facilities and operations is only viable with a $10 GBC registration fee increase across the board. Revolutionise member and competition management system has been replaced with GameDay. Please bear with us while we iron out any configuration issues through the initial registrations. Any issues entering your data or paying your fees, please email Francesca at members.goodwoodbc@gmail.com.
SENIOR PLAYERS
Promo Codes: Please contact Francesca Gibbs members.goodwoodbc@gmail.com before registering to receive a registration promo code if you are a Playing Life Member or Approved Casual Player. Division 1 will receive an invitation to register with their code.
JUNIOR PLAYERS
(i) League Age is the age the player turns between the dates of 1/9/2023 and 31/8/2024.
Register against the League Age and the teams will be allocated by the club in the coming weeks.
(ii) Sports Vouchers - The program now goes to Year 9 and is claimable once per year.

TEAM OFFICIALS & VOLUNTEERS
(i) Team Officials: If you are a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Manager or Scorer you must Register (or Renew) as a member of the club, even if you have also registered a junior member.
(ii) WWC/DCSI: Goodwood Baseball Club requires Working with Children Checks / DCSI for all team officials. If you have not supplied a certificate/letter, could you please upload the document or a screenshot of it.
(iii) All Other Volunteers: Please register as a Volunteer if not playing or registering in another category. It's FREE and helps keep track of our helping hands, and WWC, RSA certifications.
(iv) Non-Playing Life Members: No need to re-register.
TRANSFERS

RETURNING MEMBERS - when asked, use the email address you used last year for Revolutionise to renew your membership on GameDay.
NEW MEMBERS - click the New Member icon to initiate your registration. If you did Friday night Little League, the system may have your email address and you will need to do Forgot Password to complete the registration.
