On most Saturdays, 20 or more funeral procession arrive at Mount Hope between 11 am and 3 p.m. In this clip, which was shot in June, at least seven different funeral processions attempt to enter the cemetery in less than ten minutes of each other. According to the complaints of motorists and area residents, the gridlock stops traffic at intersections stretching from 115th and Kedzie to the West, to 111th and Longwood to the East, a distance of nearly two miles. ...more
