So you've just been selected as your publication's or media programs Editor-In-Chief. With that responsibility comes great power and big expectations for how you should do your job.

You've watched the former editors work and you've decided to follow their lead or take a different direction. This "Editorial Leadership Summit" is intended to help you navigate the Editor-In-Chief position.

We'll discuss vision and goal setting, staff management, creating positive relationships with your administration, how to effectively communicate with your adviser, making decisions, and modeling journalism ethics with your staff.
