1) Agent Representation is free to you. The seller pays us to bring a buyer to them. 2) When you sign this Buyer Representation form, you are stating that we legally represent you so that there is no confusion about who represents whom. This representation includes investigation and negotiation of the home and neighborhood that you choose, as well as our process for getting you the best deal on the home. This process is called the Buyer Action Timeline, which includes "The Clean Offer Formula." 3) You help us find the homes that you want to see. We provide the tools and knowledge to do this in our Timeline. However, we prefer you to see EVERY house in the market in person and with us so that you can see the available inventory. 4) The Buyer Cash Bonus comes out of our marketing budget. You agree to provide us with a testimonial on at least 3 websites that we can use for marketing purposes. The testimonial link will be provided to you by your agent. We must receive the testimonial within 10 DAYS after your closing in order for you to remain eligible for the Buyer Cash Bonus. 5) You agree to have a "Sold By Duffy" sign (with your agent's name) in your yard for 10 days after closing. You Choose Your Bonus explained in the next statement.

Buyer Bonus paid by Amazon Gift Card - Duffy Realty offers a closing gift in the form of a Buyer CASH Bonus which is $500.00 for properties with a purchase price of $100,000 and higher, and $150.00 for properties of $99,999.99 or less. You can use the money for closing costs, to reduce the sales price, or to get an Amazon gift card after closing. The commission paid to DUFFY Realty must be at least 3% of the sales price. *Rules: the seller must pay 3% or higher commission; if the buyer's agent commission is less than 3% you receive $150.00. You must be in this Agreement before you sign a Purchase and Sale Agreement.
