1. PREVAIL, Inc. reserves the right to rescind enrollee contract or agreement if and when the enrollee fails to meet the attendance requirements. Any and all payments made will be forfeited to PREVAIL, Inc. if participant fails to meet the attendance requirements.

2. PREVAIL Inc. is and will not be required to provide make-up classes in the event that a participant will not be able to attend a certain session/s due to any unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to, physical sickness, intermittent internet connection, power outage, prior commitment and the like.

3. PREVAIL. Inc. reserves the right to cancel/ postpone the scheduled seminars should the target number of participants not be met. Participants will be advised of the revised schedule at least one week prior to the scheduled session/s.

4. PREVAIL, Inc. reserves the right to make necessary changes to the seminars to be conducted, including but not limited to, change of speakers, topics, schedules and the like. All confirmed participants shall be informed thru e-mail or text ahead of time.

5. The Company reserves the right to decline issuance of certificate to participants who will not finish and/or complete the entire session. No attendance, no certificate policy shall be strictly implemented.

6. Cancellations made at least two weeks prior the scheduled seminar session will incur a penalty charge of 25% administrative fee based on the total registration fee. Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the seminar will incur a penalty charge of 50% administrative fee based on the total registration fee. While cancellations made at the beginning of the program run or the first day of seminar will incur a penalty charge of 100% administrative fee based on the total registration fee. All rates above are VAT exclusive.

Any form of payment refund is subject to P100 admin charge and has a processing time of 1-2 weeks.

7. Call or text PREVAIL secretariat to check the availability of slots prior to depositing reservation payment. We will accommodate participants on a first come, first served basis. No proof of payment, no slot reservation.

8. PREVAIL, Inc. strictly implements the payment first policy. Program participants will only be given access to seminar program once payment is settled. All proof of payments must be provided and sent to the company e-mail address of PREVAIL, Inc.

9. Once registration fee is paid, please notify the secretariat of your preferred program schedule. Adjustment of schedule will only be allowed two weeks prior to the seminar session but is subject to management approval. (Applicable to CPD and Real Estate Brokerage Training Programs only)

10. All learning materials and access to meeting room/s will be sent to the registered e-mail address of the participant. Only one registered e-mail address will be allowed per participant. Changing of registered e-mail address is NOT allowed. Digital certificates will be sent to the registered e-mail of the participant. A printed and notarized copy of the certificate may be requested from the provider for a minimal fee.
