Description:

This is the ideal workshop where business owners at all levels will learn how to build, design, and define a business model. A business model is what defines a business and its practice. In this workshop attendees will learn how to first define their business model. They will be introduced to a business model canvas as a tool. Session 2: · Building Blocks for the Business Model · Introduction to Business Model Tool

Instructions: Advanced registration required. Limited free parking is available on a first come first serve basis in the parking lot next to the SCBI Bldg. Free street parking is also available in close proximity to the SCBI. Instructions: From the 5 Freeway exit McBean Parkway East, Turn Right on Orchard Village Rd, Turn Left onto Lyons Ave., Turn right on Chestnut St., Take the first left on to 9th St. 22704 9th St is on the Right.
