Licensed Real Estate Administrative Assistant approximately 40 hours a week. Looking for an ambitious, detail oriented, and extremely organized individual for a variety of administrative duties.
Requirements:

MUST hold an active AZ Real Estate License with a minimum 2 years experience.

MUST have some knowledge of short sales & REO's.

MUST be computer literate, highly proficient and effective with Microsoft Office and web based software applications (such as Transaction Point, Zipforms, Top Producer, & FlexMLS, eProperty Sites, Point 2 Homes, Postlets, Visual Shows, Craigslist, etc) as we are a paperless office. Experience with WordPress or web design is a plus but not required.

MUST have receptionist and or phone experience.

MUST have a sharp image, as you will be the front face of our company.
We are offering a very unique situation…although this is an Office Administration role; it has immediate growth potential into a Transaction Coordinator Role, Co-Listing or Selling Role, or office management.
Additional Details:
This is a salaried position but there is potential to earn more based on performance. Office requirements are Monday-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm. Monday could be a flex day where working from home may be an option (based on work load). This will allow the opportunity to continue with your current personal real estate business. We also have two offices, one on the Gilbert/Mesa border and the other in San Tan Valley.
Starting base Salary $30,000 + per year guaranteed, plus potential Bonuses, Transaction Fees & or Commission (potential income of upwards of $60K with transaction management & your own business).
10 days vacation days per year and all major holiday's.
