2022 Acton Democratic Caucus Info Form
Thank for your interest in the Massachusetts Democratic Party and for completing this information form for the March 6, 2022 Acton Democratic Caucus. A few days before, we will send you a reminder along with the Caucus Zoom meeting link.

Please know that there are rules for how all Massachusetts caucuses must be run.
The Zoom caucus will open officially at 3:30 PM on Sunday, March 6th and start at 4:00 PM.
Attendees who are registered Democrats in Acton intending to vote *must* have signed by 4:15 PM
Sign-in is formally completed at 4:15PM when the Chair reads a roll-call of attendees present on the Zoom call.
Anyone who was not in line to be signed in during the 15 minute window between the start of the caucus and the completion of sign-in is ineligible to vote in the caucus.

Late arrivals on March 6th are able to view the caucus as guests. Participants who joined before the completion of sign-in but exit the virtual caucus (poor internet connection, etc.) are allowed to rejoin the caucus and remain as voting participants.

To avoid a last minute rush of electronic sign-ins, we ask that anyone who intends to participate in the caucus completes this form IN ADVANCE.  Those who have not, must complete this form before participating.
IMPORTANT: To complete the sign-in, each attendee must confirm their presence between 3:30PM and 4:15PM on March 6 on Zoom. Absent timely confirmation, you will be considered a non-voting guest.
