At Best Buy we believe technology can excite and engage students, creating a more valuable educational experience. Through Best Buy Teach Awards we provide gift cards to schools to enable them to purchase more technology for their students to use and learn. Since 2004, the Best Buy Teach Award program has awarded over $17 million to over 6,000 K-12 schools nationwide.
2008 Best Buy Teach Award Winners Announced!
Congratulations to this year’s Best Buy Teach Award-winning schools. Through a competitive application process 1,300 schools were awarded $2,000 gift cards. An additional 50 schools were recognized with awards of $10,000 each and earned the opportunity for their school district to compete for one of eight awards of $100,000 which will be announced in May.
