active in
stopping this insane practice. Contact me today if

We won't stop until we close down the Incarnation Children's Center,
where experimental trials with toxic and lethal drugs were/are
performed on Innocent Black and Latino Children kidnaped from their
Mothers at the Hospital immediately after delivery under the excuse
that the Mother tested HIV positive. We know that HIV tests are
unreliable, since they cross-react with pregancy and about 70 past or
present infections that the person had/have. These Foster Care
Children were used as expendable "Guinea Pigs" so that Big Pharma
could have their drugs approved.
We hope to have a larger crowd in our Rallies as time goes by. We are
looking for other organizations that may want to co-sponsor this

Forced Drug Experiments
on Black & Latino Children
Recent News have exposed the NYC Administration for Children's
Services (ACS) in a scheme to force experimental and lethal drugs
trials on Black & Latino Children whose Mothers tested HIV positive
at delivery. They were Kidnaped by ACS from the Hospital and forcibly
placed in Foster Care to be used as Lab Rats for Drug Companies. The
BBC (British Broadcasting Co.) after a 9 month investigation aired
the documentary "Guinea Pig Kids" exposing how the NYC government
supports these racists & genocidal acts against Our Children at the
Incarnation Children's Center in Washington Heights/Manhattan, run
for profits and enforced by the CPS Division of ACS, the Greatest
Child Abuser in NYC. These Abuses could have Never happened without
the climate of Total Impunity in which ACS, our so-called CPS,
operates.
There are 19,000 Children in Foster Care in NYC: 98% Black &
Latino,
less than 1% White. Foster Care is a profit-driven Industry, a subtle
continuation of Institutionalized Slavery. It treats Children as
Chattel, violating the 13th Amendment against Slavery and Involuntary
Servitude. Family Court is an Institutionalized System of Injustice
setup to "legalize" this Racketeering Scheme and Rubber Stamp ACS'
State Sponsored Child & Family Abuse to Terrorize & Subdue poor
Blacks & Latinos. A Social Cancer that continually feeds the
prison,
homeless and mentally ill population.
