Whenever a clients accessed a network share it would cause a cpu spike on the
server in the above processes. Multiply this by a few 100 clients and we were
seeing 70% and higher cpu on a server that never normally went over 10%. If you

I am having the same problem (lsass.exe and logonui.exe taking ~99 percent of
the CPU usage). The problem is definately not a virus since the machine is
secluded. There are plenty (~80) users in the XPE whom are defined as
