Obituary for Dorthy Mae Thacker (Mullins)

Dorthy Mae Thacker (Mullins)
DORTHY MAE THACKER
Clinchco, VA- Dorthy Mae Thacker, age 39, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2012 at Dickenson County Medical Center in Clintwood, VA. Born in Wise County, she was a daughter of K.J. and Dollie Lorene Mullins. She was last employed as a nursing assistant at Heritage Hall and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her husband, Ernie Thacker, a daughter, Whitley Thacker and a son, Ernest Keith Thacker both of Clinchco, a sister, Loretta (Scottie) Mullins of Clintwood, two brothers, David (Lisa) Mullins of Yorktown and Kenny (Regina) Mullins of Clinchco and special grandchildren, Bryson Yates and Kimberlee Raelyn Perrigan.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursady, October 18, 2012 at Haysi Funeral Home with Buster Mullins and David O’quinn officiating. Burial will follow in J.S. Willis Cemetery, Haysi, VA. Pallbearers will be Matt Thacker, Jacob Mullins, Joseph Perrigan, Forrest Ramey, Stan Woods and Jeremy Mullins. The family will receive friends after 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 17 at the funeral home with an evening service at 7:00 p.m. Online condolences may be sent to www.haysifuneral.com Haysi Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
