Lochmere Development Group

Lochmere Development Group is a tiny one person company. It is owned and
operated by Robert D. Evans (aka Bob Evans) and run out of his townhouse in
Tampa, Florida. Bob Evans also owns and runs Lochmere Land Company and
Lochmere Realty from there.

Bob Evans is Starwood's primary agent in Harmony. In fact, Bob Evans was
involved even before Starwood bought Harmony from Jim Lentz in 2005. You can

Starwood and Jim Lentz (see

Bob Evans was Starwood's spokesman at the very first public meeting in
Harmony after Starwood took over from Jim Lentz. His lasting legacy was set
during that meeting. Bob Evans uttered the very first apparently Starwood
sanctioned lie to Harmony residents way back in 2005 (see "Outstanding
Charter School? - A Brief History", http://tinyurl.com/7xvpenc ).

Bob Evans also lied to us subsequent to that first meeting (see "Harmony
Revisionism", http://tinyurl.com/29pu945 ). In so doing he has proven that
he represents Starwood's interests in Harmony like a loyal bulldog.

Although Bob Evans has credibility issues that have been clearly documented,
he continues to work for Starwood year after year. This demonstrates beyond
any doubt that Starwood is behind Bob Evans 100% and whatever he does is
with the full blessing of Starwood management.

Like Shad Tome, President of Harmony Development Company, Bob Evans is in
the first degree of separation between Harmony and the Starwood Vice
President directly responsible to Starwood Capitol shareholders, Bob Geimer.

So both Shad Tome and Bob Evans are agents of Starwood who get their orders
directly from Bob Geimer.
