WAVERLY, N.Y. —Gathered at Becky’s Diner located on Broad Street in Waverly every morning is a shrewd crowd; a group filled with antics and rhetoric that will drain anything serious out of daily life. This group of ROMEOs, without romantic confusion, is derived from an acronym meaning "Retired Old Men Eating Out." So all you ladies who are reading and wondering, it wasn’t what you thought.
